All orders placed before 15:00 CET Mon-Fri aim to be dispatched the same day.

Please note working days are Monday - Friday

Switzerland
UPS Standard Shipping (2-5 working days): CHF 15.95, free over CHF 120
UPS Express Shipping (1-3 day working days): CHF 25.95

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and included in your order total, so there will be no extra fees on delivery.

Important Shipping Information:

• If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
  
• VAT registered companies who are eligible to reclaim their VAT should do so from the government in their country.
