  • Returns, Refunds & Replacements

    If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer service first. Email us at info@londonlash.ch to discuss the details and receive further instructions.

    RETURNS
    You can return unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Unwanted/returned items can either be refunded or exchanged for another item.

    In the rare case that an item becomes damaged or stops working correctly within the warranty period, the 14-day return period will be extended. Please note that in the rare case you receive a faulty item, you must inform our customer service of the issue as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days after receiving the order.

    Please keep the following in mind when returning packages:

    • You must contact customer service before returning your order to discuss the relevant details. Otherwise, your return may not be accepted.

    • You are responsible for all costs incurred when returning items to London Lash. London Lash is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the shipping service you choose.

    • A refund or replacement can only be issued once the returned products have arrived at our facility. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.


    REFUNDS
    Refunds can be issued for any returned item that is sent back within 14 days of receipt, after it has been inspected by our returns department. Please note that no refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged at our warehouse or have already been used.

    Refunds are only issued once the returned items have been received by our team at the distribution center. Depending on your bank/payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    If an item is returned for a refund, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

    In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or stops working within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help resolve the issue.

    If a returned item is no longer in stock, a suitable alternative will be offered.


    EXCHANGES
    If you would like a replacement item for a returned product, the standard return policy applies.

    If the replacement item costs less than the original, London Lash will either refund the difference or issue store credit.

    If the replacement item costs more than the original, London Lash reserves the right to request the additional payment. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the London Lash team.
